Transfers of a Registered NAWSA animal are done online. If unable to access online,  you may print and  fill out the back of the animals Registration certificate and snail mail to our Registrar. 

• Transfers made at the time of Registration are $5 (plus registration fee)
• Duplicate certificates $10 will be emailed as a PDF
• Transfer $10 of any Registered Animals initiated by NAWSA Members
• $20 If the transfer is not initiated within 60 days of sale

NOTE: Only the registered owner of record may transfer paperwork with animals sold. Shepherds have the option of selling any registered animal as GRADE, without papers. That animal will never be able to be re-registered with the NAWSA

This form verifies the sale of a bred NAWSA ewe and state who the sire is.

The breeder is the person who owns the ewe at the time of breeding.

This form must accompany any breeding's using live cover from a ram that is not owned by the owner of the ewe at time of breeding.

The Mooritt Project animals are a special group of Morrit animals and carriers that are being bred as an experiment. Any member can purchase animals already in the Moorit Project. Animals in the main Registry may not be used to breed Moorit Project animals. Please contact a Board Member for details.

This form has the requirements for Importers to submit to be able to gain NAWSA approval of Imported Wensleydale semen for use in the USA and Canada.

This form has the requirements for Importers to submit to be able to gain NAWSA approval of Imported Wensleydale embryo's for use in the USA and Canada. 

If you have a wether that otherwise meets the NAWSA registry guidelines, they may be submitted and receive a certificate that can be used at JR shows etc.

Lambs must meet all NAWSA requirements for registration. See our Upgrading Guidelines for specifics. Upon completion of the registration online, you will receive an email with a PDF of your animals Registration Certificate and Number. You can print this out or simply keep with other digital files. 

Alternately you may ask the Registrar to print and mail your certificate for an additional fee of $10 US
